Cousins, Kelan and Elle, enjoyed special one-on-one playtime last week as Auntie Meredith was off track. Kelan liked showing his cousin how to use the Little People Garage all by himself. We loved spending quiet time together.

St. Patrick's Day held extra special meaning for me this year, as Patrick is Kelan's middle name. The boys shared their Irish heritage by wearing matching green shirts that read, Good Luck Charmer. Mommy thinks so anyway...

Kelan's Cabinet

Kelan is our busy boy. He loves to climb and explore... particularly these cabinets next to our frig. I've taken out the the drawers to avoid the inevitable head bonking or drawer throwing. I keep old tupperware, wooden spoons, a heating pad- just random stuff- in there for him to discover. He loves it. And we love him!

Rainbow Connection

Last Saturday, Braden was standing at our backdoor looking out the window, when he called out, "Look, Mommy, a rainbow outside."
I asked him to repeat what he said and sure enough, he was right. There was a rainbow outside. Naturally, Mommy and Daddy were profoundly impressed by his keen observation and newly acquired linguistic skills. Even little brother had to get in on the act to see what all the fuss was about.
